A lot of my clients don’t know this about me, but I have a very musical background. I spent my childhood taking trumpet and piano lessons, singing in the chorus, and eventually picking up the guitar around age 13. To this day I continue to write songs, mix, and produce music. Naturally, I chomp at the bit to take pictures of anyone pursuing that same passion…

The day of the shoot had arrived. I have to admit the thought of an outdoor session in the middle January is always a little…well…lets just say June sounds better! Jessie was an absolute champ though and really showed what she was made of. It was cold. REALLY cold, but I don't think I’ve ever had so much fun taking pictures. The best part was that she came with lots of ideas. I could tell she gave it a lot of thought, and it was refreshing to work with a “right-brainer” like me! She is going to do some big things so look out : )
